I was so very pleased to see a man on your show today (9/27/07) that was talking about the myths of “good and bad” diet. There is a lot of research out there that is not congruent with mainstream thinking - such as “Eat fat, Lose Fat”, a wonderful book by Mary Enig, nutritionist and statistician, and Sally Fallon. Most of what is currently out there is dictated by people with money and power that are still pushing paradigms that are based on misguided (sometimes intentional) falsehoods… Thanks for having the courage to the man (whose name I have forgotten!) and to ABC for sponsering such a contraversial theme! Blessings to Robin.

He’s quite a HERO …and most assuredly his wife, children and family as well….would like a summation of the coverage including their family name and if at all psble, means to correspond perhaps in the near future? Thank you for any info and God Bless you all.

To Robin Roberts:
My husband and I think you are beautiful inside and out. We also love the rest of the crew. Also I have cancer but right now in remission-I go back in July to have a CT scan and blood work. Good luck to you Robin. By the way my hair still has not come back very much and my last chemo was Oct. 3. It will be a year Jul13 th that I had to have my head shaved and I will be lucky to have hair by then. Good luck to you.

Regarding the autistic boy kept from church. It seems to be another
case of the individual’s rights above the rights of the community.
Over and over we are subjected to situations and standards set
by one person or family. People used to be considerate of the
public and make other arrangements for disabled family members.
The church offered good alternatives which should be accepted. -

HI,
I just found this site….I’m a major GMA fan and Love Robin Roberts! She’s so cute, cool and funny too. Love when she gets silly with singing or dancing or just some of her great off the wall comments. I love the whole crew and the weekend gang too. I was wondering about Bill Weir…I think he’s great too. His humor is terrific, I just wondered for a time there it seemed like chris Cuomo and Bill Weir were filling in for people anyhoo..I wondered if ABC was deciding which one to put on the morning show nearly every day. Then I noticed that Chris Cuomo was on there quite steady and no more Bill Weir.(during the week days.) Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Chris Cuomo very much and need to contact him in regards to a serious wrong doing in a law suit in my family…we need help desprately. I love Diane sawyer and the entire crew…weekdays and weekend. I’m a faithful viewer as I’m disabled and it takes me a little time to get moving in the morning. I watch you guys while waiting for my medicine to kick in. You all are such an uplifting thing to see in the morning. You help us all start our days off with a friendly hello..and a smile…a smile goes a long way! Keep up all the good work and myself and my family send our love. Oh, Robin…..you look awesome! God Bless…
Eileen and family
ps: LOL Geez..I didn’t ask the initial question I came on here for…where are all the recent blogs?? For like now….I only see september and were in august here….I’m not too computer savvy…HELP!!!!
I need the new dates….and how do I contact chris Cuomo about a serious family matter we will be loosing our home, our lives very soon due to a settlement due to us..and it just never happens due to insurance adjusters…they wont even contact our lawyer….we are struggling wicked just to try and make ends meet. We are at the end…we will be loosing everything in a matter of weeks! I’ve seen some stories on GMA where he has been able to speed things up for people and find out why companies aren’t doing the rightful and lawful thing by the injured person involved. Please help us….
Sincerely,
Eileen Potts-Harrison -

I am appalled at the one sided interviews and commentary that you have displayed concerning the presidential election. It is disheartening to see the blatant disrespect that you’ve shown to Barack Obama and Joe Biden! It is very apparent what side of the fence that you are on. It is just sad that your lack of professionalism is so clearly shown! I’m sure that I am not the only viewer that has noticed this. I hope regarding future topics, you can humble yourselves enough to share the information that you have been given in a much more tactful and nonbiassed manner! I have also noticed that you have not made it a point to devote any time to John McCain concerning his infidelity to his first wife, with his current wife! If you are going to share the facts, let’s not be selective! I would love to get some feedback from someone at GMA!

IN RE: CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. IS IT IMPORTANT TOO YOU? ASK YOURSELF IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR A BLACK PERSON IF YOU THINK OUR FEDERAL GOVT. SHOULD INFORCE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OR NOT.
September 18th, 2007 at 3:31 pm editOn Sept. 18th Ms. Sawyer interviewed Ms. H. Clinton regarding her new health care plan. Of course Ms. Clinton touted it’s benifits. Will you have anyone on who will show the plan’s down side?
Gloria Estafan talked about her Cuban heritage. I didn’t hear her say one word of thanks to America for giving many Cubans a home here in this Country and all the benifits they enjoy.
September 18th, 2007 at 4:21 pm editRobin,
I heard the piece on censorship and who was that man that bashed Sally Field? I would like to send him a letter about censorship.
Also when I have tried to call GMA FROM CALIF all I get is the same recording about choosing an extension. How do I even know what extensions exist? I would like one to the news desk. Dianne often says when subjects are discussed the “board” lights” up with comments. How does one even get to that board of leave messages or emails for anyone on the show. I did leave you one regarding your cancer.
Please just send me an email address that gets to the news desk or a comment line to an individual. Thank you, Rob Griffith PhD.
September 18th, 2007 at 4:27 pm editRobin or Dianne plase leave me a direct address to GMA so I can make a comment while you are on the air and how do I get through on the phone.at what extension?
I am an avid supporter of the show and when I can, I watch it and would like to comment right when something is happening not after the show is over.
I need some direction as to how to make contact with the show.
Thank you and I hope you are feeling well.

3 hr of GMA I don’t want to learn how to make cookies
4 hr of GMA Is not priceless Ill watch everybuddy loves Raymond.
September 19th, 2007 at 11:57 am editConcerning Dave C. and his comment on GMA being on to long.
Change the channel if you don’t want to watch. WHY complain?
I’m so happy that all he has to complain about is this. He needs
to read the local news paper, and count his blessings.
GMA is news but it is uplifting with human interest stories. Keep
up the good work……….
September 19th, 2007 at 12:33 pm editPrayers are with you Robin. I am a newly retired teacher and a four year breast cancer survivor. I live in PA and traveled every 2 weeks to Sloan Ketttering for my chemo. My dear friend from AZ would fly in and drive me to treatments. On the way home we would stop at the outlets and shop!! I did not work during treatment because of the risk of illness teaching first graders with a weakened immune system. I ate lots and lots of fruit. Keep hydrated. I rented an apt near Sloan for 6 weeks during radiation and would walk the city streets as long as I could. Keep wallking. I will be coming to the city for tests and checkups Sept.27-Oct.3 and would gladly sit with yoou during treatment. I have a wonderful sister-in-law that lives in CT and never missed any of my dr. appointments. Please know that you are in my prayers daily.
September 19th, 2007 at 12:51 pm editIn regards to the Florida student who was tasered - What exactly were the derogatory remarks he made to John Kerry? I believe I can’t make a decision on whether the taser was used properly unless I have all the facts.
Good luck Robin. Use all ten toes.
September 19th, 2007 at 1:21 pm editNO ONE should be allowed to use a taser unless it has been tried on him or her first. What’s the accepted ratio of security personnel to perpetrators to make it acceptable? Farmers have used a similar instrument for years in loading contrary cattle. The difference is that it was ANIMALS. The lines have been increasingly blurred in our country between animal life and human life. Your chances are better as a dog. Makes me want to fight against animal rights –which have their place. When will we start feeding the criminals(?) to the hungry lions? All cops are just other flawed humans. They make mistakes and should be held accountable. When does it become cruelty to human animals?
Good Luck, Robin. God Bless your struggle.
Ask me about my mentally ill 32 yr. old son with absolutely no previous record and no drug use who was maced and tazed , then put in a common cell where he was literally beat within an inch of his life, sustaining multiple injuries. After treating him at a local hospital, they then rushed him through a hearing and finally decided to contact his family over 24 hours after they stopped him on the highway. Does he have any rights? No, he’s mentally ill, and was in the throes of a psychotic incident, so the cops could get by with anything they wanted. (Maybe taking out their PMS or frustration after a fight with the wife?)
In Florida, what happened to freedom of speech. Tase the Dissenters! Throw them to the lions (I.e., police or security people)!!
September 19th, 2007 at 1:32 pm editI just sent an entry and realize now that my email address was not complete. Should be My name is Bernadette Ungerank but use my screen name to protect my son who just wants to forget the whole sorry incident and be allowed to return to his professional work as a productive member of our society.
September 19th, 2007 at 1:33 pm editWhat happened to my original comment?

September 19th, 2007 at 5:44 pm editHey, admin. Can you please remove my name before the whole world sees it? Sept. 19 — 1:32 post. Thanks.
September 19th, 2007 at 6:10 pm editBravo bedbug! They can’t taze you on the internet.
September 20th, 2007 at 1:28 pm editI caught the bit you had this morning regarding the vanishing Native American Indian language. I’m glad that you are bringing it to the viewers attention.
I would like to let you know of a wonderful woman who also has concerns regarding the loss of her native language. Her name is Pat DiPiazza. This past spring she started holding classes to teach her native language. Because since her sister, Angie, had pasted away she had no one that she could talk to in her native language of Ojibwa. Ojibwa is the language spoken by the Ottawa, Chippewa and Potowatomi Indian groups. Pat is Ottawa.
It’s a small class with Native Americans and their spouses. We range in age from 22 to 78. Her childern had been encouraging her to pass on her knowledge of the langauge for years so that they could pass it on to their children.
The Grand Rapids Press did an artilce on June 20, 2007 titled “‘Mig-wetch’ mens thank you; woman tries to save Ottawa language”.
September 20th, 2007 at 2:57 pm editWhy aren’t you showing the Presidents’ special report at 7:50 this morning? It gives his perspective on passing a children’s health plan.
September 20th, 2007 at 4:12 pm editRobin, I want to know why you did not support the Jena-6 cause by wearing black. I’m from Mississippi and I know that you are as well. You especially, being a news anchor, know the civil rights struggle of black people, and to see that you did not support your own by not joining in on doing something that initiated very little effort. One of the six could be, if given a chance, the next anchor to sit next to you. Please respond.
September 20th, 2007 at 7:24 pm editI have been watching your search for the best “Sandwich in America”
HEY!! YOU’VE MISSED THE VERY BEST ONE RIGHT HERE IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA. We eat there every time we are in the area:
THE SANDWICH MAN - 2001 W. ATLANTIC AVE. PHONE
It is a wonderful people-watching place, the price is right and the sandwiches are um-um good. Don’t miss it.

September 21st, 2007 at 9:34 pm editplease forward a copy of the speech.
September 21st, 2007 at 10:24 pm editMy husband and I love The Show. Our only complaint is that the background music and noise seem to drown out what you are saying and so many times we miss it completely. Is there any way you can tone down the back ground music and raise the volume on your mic’s. so we can hear and understand what you are saying….
As for the fourth hour, I don’t watch it all the time, but I do listen to it and I think it is an improvement over some of the former programs.
Would you mind forwarding a copy of the speech of the proffessor?
I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere you have on the show. It’s almost like family….Thanks to all of you..
